How do we build harmony in our lives? By being the ONE to bring the harmony to relationships. Sometimes it is healthy to step away and leave them to it (what IT is) and other times it is super healthy to step into it with a strong sense of purpose and care. After all we ARE in a relationship whether we like it or not. Whether a romantic partnership, workmates, friends, or family relationships are everywhere and right now they need your respect and appreciation. If this has been feeling out of balance lately then know that this is your turn to step into the balance by creating the balance. It may feel like that idea sucks but be assured that it will be worth it in the long run. So much growth can occur when we step back from blaming others for our own unwellness.
