Dig deep and find the moments where you allowed yourself to shine or others acknowledged your ability. Your Spirit Team knows that this happened. They also noticed that you are going into critical analysis of a conversation or reflection. Know that your perspective is warped by your negative thinking. The truth is that you are appreciated. Notice this truth and reflect on it.
